Find the support that feels right for you

Three ways to begin your Embrace Your Plate journey

One-to-One Support

Work with me individually to explore your relationship with food and health in depth. Through weekly one-to-one sessions and ongoing support between meetings, we’ll uncover what’s driving your eating patterns and build personalised strategies to strengthen confidence, motivation, and balance. This focused approach offers tailored guidance and space to work towards your goals with clarity, confidence, and alignment to your values.

Peer-led | Group Support

Join a small, supportive group of people ready to change their relationship with food and eating. These interactive sessions combine weekly learning, daily encouragement, and shared reflection with others who truly understand your journey. You’ll learn, reflect, and build confidence together, guided by psychology and evidence-based tools for lasting change.

Expert-led conversations

Interactive sessions designed to spark curiosity and reflection about our relationship with food, body, and health. Rooted in psychology and behavioural science, these conversations create space to question familiar beliefs, share insights, and explore compassionate, evidence-based alternatives to traditional weight-focused thinking. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how shifting perspective can inspire meaningful change in how we support health and wellbeing.

About us

Embrace Your Plate was created by Olivia Palmer, an HCPC-registered Health Psychologist and Registered Nutritionist, to support people who are fed up with the cycle of dieting and self-criticism.

Drawing on years of experience in health psychology and behaviour change, Olivia helps individuals understand why change feels hard, and how it becomes possible with the right support. Her approach recognises that our bodies change, and that meaningful health change comes from understanding behaviour, not enforcing rules.
